Coach
His coaching is designed for young performers ages 6–18 who are pursuing professional work. JJ focuses on the core skills casting directors consistently look for: authenticity on camera, strong audition technique, the ability to take direction, and a grounded, confident presence in the room or on tape. Sessions can include audition preparation, scene study, and self-tape technique, based on the client's need.
As a working actor himself, JJ brings practical, current insight into the industry. He understands how competitive the field can be for young performers and helps students develop both craft and professionalism—two qualities that consistently set actors apart.
Most importantly, JJ is a father. He knows how important it is for young actors to have trustworthy adults guiding them in an industry that can sometimes feel overwhelming. His goal is to create a supportive, safe environment where kids and teens can develop their skills, build confidence, and approach the industry with both creativity and professionalism. Parents are welcome to be present for sessions and are encouraged to collaborate on developing their child's experience.
